Refund policy

14-Day Return Window:

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Please ensure careful packaging, as we cannot resell damaged products.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within [number of days, e.g., 5] business days. Exchanges:
